Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2ā4 business days after payment confirmation. Certain orders may take up to 5 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Estimated U.S. Delivery
Estimated standard carrier transit is 10ā15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates can change due to carrier conditions, customs, weather, or other disruptions.

Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
Orders may be sent from our facilities or designated fulfillment partners. The shipping origin can vary by item and availability.
Tracking Your Shipment
When available, tracking information is emailed after dispatch. Carrier scans may take time to appear.
Shipping Address Changes
Contact support promptly if your address is wrong. Changes may be impossible after processing or dispatch, and customers should verify checkout information.

Delayed or Inactive Tracking
Carrier updates may be delayed. If tracking remains inactive beyond a reasonable period, email support with your order number.
Lost Shipments
If a parcel appears lost, contact support so we can review tracking with the carrier and determine an appropriate resolution.
Delivered but Not Received
Check your mailbox, safe places, household members, neighbors, and carrier. Then contact support with your order number if the parcel remains missing.
Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
Report the issue within 7 calendar days after delivery. Provide your order number, a clear description, photos of the item, and photos of the exterior packaging. We will review the information and offer an appropriate solution.
International Delivery & Import Charges
Available destinations and charges appear at checkout. International deliveries may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees where applicable.
